Having my Keto Krate box come every month helps me stay on track, especially when the sweet cravings hit hard, as they occasionally do. I’m not following a strict keto diet at the moment, but still watching my sugar and gluten intake very closely.
This month there are a few repeats, but most of the goodies are new to me.
Every month Keto Krate sells out, some boxes earlier than others. Before I get into this review, I just want to let you know that if you want this particular box, order quickly!
Keto Krate showing up every month will provide you with lots of new low carb foods to try. Most of the items are snack foods, which is great because with most snack items coming in multi-packs, this allows you the ability to try before you buy.

The individual prices listed are from the Keto Krate website. In most cases, items are only sold online in bulk packages. Some items may be available in stores. Prices may vary.
This Keto Krate review includes some basic information about each product including the approximate price, some nutrition facts, any sweeteners in the ingredients, and my own personal thoughts on the product after sampling it.
Choc Zero Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups
Price: $5.99
Nutrition: Each cup has 1 gram of net carbs, 6 grams of fat, 2 grams of protein and 0 grams of sugar.
Sweeteners: monk fruit
Review: Choc Zero is one of my favorite keto chocolate brands. I’ve had the white chocolate peanut butter cups in another Keto Krate and really liked those, but dark chocolate is more my taste. These are so good. I’m definitely going to be ordering more!
Super Coffee in Maple Pumpkin
Price: $2.83
Nutrition: Each serving has 2 grams of net carbs, 2.5 grams of fat, 10 grams of protein and <1 gram of sugar.
Sweeteners: monk fruit
Review: I’m not usually a fan of Super Coffee, or rather most coffee drinks of this kind, but I am a fan of everything fall flavored, so I will be trying this soon!
Love Good Fats Chewy Nutty bar in Dark Chocolate Almond Sea Salt
Price: $2.33
Nutrition: Each serving has 4 grams of net carbs, 9 grams of protein, 14 grams of fat and 1 gram of sugar.

Review: this is my favorite flavor for bars. I’m looking forward to trying this out very soon!
IQ Bar in Wild Blueberry

Nutrition: Each serving has 3 grams of net carbs, 12 grams of protein, 15 grams of fat, and 2 grams of sugar.
Sweeteners: stevia
Review: my husband and I have both had different flavors of IQ Bars and have liked every single one of them. I usually stick to chocolate and peanut butter flavors and he tries more of the fruit flavors. I’m going to let him have this one and see what he thinks.
The Cookie Department Champion Chip Chocolate Chip Cookie
Price: $3.75
Nutrition: Each serving has 4 grams of net carbs, 5 grams of protein, 22 grams of fat and 1 gram of sugar.
Sweeteners: monk fruit, erythritol, stevia
Review: The Cookie Department has the best soft baked low carb cookies that I’ve tried so far. I love the birthday cake one, so I am sure to love this one just as much. The chocolate mint flavor wasn’t my favorite, but it was more of a peppermint flavor and I strongly prefer spearmint.
Quevos in Quevos Rancheros
Price: $2.99
Nutrition: There are 4 grams of net carb, 10 grams of fat, 8 grams of protein and 1 gram of sugar in each serving.
Sweeteners: none.
Review: I’ve had these chips several times now and love all of the flavors they offer. This one is my favorite though. I like that they are a little bit thicker and sturdy. They are great for dipping!
Better Thank Good Foods Protein Puffs in Baked Cheddar
Price: $2.66
Nutrition: There are 3 grams of net carbs, 4 grams of fat, 15 grams of protein and 2 grams of sugar in each serving.
Sweeteners: none
Review: I have received these in a previous Keto Krate, as well as other flavors in other Keto Krates. I found this flavor to be a bit too salty for my tastes. I also don’t care for how tiny the little balls are. It’s more like cereal size.
Pizootz Artisan Almonds in New York Dill Pickle
Price: $2.80
Nutrition: Each serving has 4 grams of net carbs, 18 grams of fat, and 8 grams of protein, and 1 gram of sugar.
Sweeteners: none
Review: I’ve had Pizootz peanuts before but this is the first time trying the almonds. This was also the first snack that I opened to try this month. These are strange looking almonds. It’s almost like they’ve been polished smooth. The flavor is really good though. Pizootz is really different than other but brands in that they infuse the flavors into the nuts so there’s no messy seasoning on the outside.
Keto Farms Cocoa Dusted Almonds
Price: $2.50
Nutrition: Each serving has 2 grams of net carbs, 12 grams of fat, 5 grams of protein and 1 grams of sugar.
Sweeteners: erythritol, monk fruit
Review: I’ve had these a few times. The flavor reminds me of kid’s chocolate breakfast cereal – like Count Chocula, but I like it.
Pork King Good Pork Rinds in Ranch
Price: $3.99
Nutrition: Each serving has 0 grams of net carbs, 5 grams of fat, 8 grams of protein and 0 grams of sugar.

Review: I don’t eat pork rinds, so I won’t be trying these. I can say that pork rinds do show up pretty regularly in Keto Krates. I usually just give them away.
Mission Meats Beef Bar in Tasty Original
Price: $2.75
Nutrition: Each serving has 1 gram of net carbs, 2 grams of fat, 9 grams of protein and 0 grams of sugar.

Is Keto Krate Worth It?
Yes! It’s such a great way to try new snacks without having to purchase a full box or even a bulk package!
First, in order to be able to try all of these products, you often (almost always) have to buy an entire box or multiple packs online since a lot of these foods are not yet available in stores or are only available in some health food stores.
Second, the total value of the items, should you be able to buy them all individually at the prices listed, has been about the same or more than the cost of the box and that’s not factoring in any shipping costs. But again, it’s highly unlikely you’d be able to buy just one of any of all of these items. This month, the items are valued at $36.50, which is a bit lower than usual, but there are more snacks inside the box than past months.
Third, it’s a really great way to find some new keto friendly items to help you in your journey. This is a really good box for me. There are a few repeats, but also plenty of new items that I got to try out.
