Price: $2.49

Sweeteners: erythritol, stevia

Review: I had the blueberry bar in my October 2020 Keto Krate and it was okay, but not my favorite. I’m happy to have gotten the macademia nut flavor this time around. I’ll update this section once I try it.

IQ Bar Banana Nut

Price: $2.08

Nutrition: Each serving has 3 grams of net carbs, 12 grams of protein, 12 grams of fat and 1 grams of sugar.

Sweeteners: allulose, stevia

Review:  I was able to try IQ bars in both my September 2020 Keto Krate and my March 2020 Keto Krate. I really loved both of those and even ordered a case from Amazon. However, I have to admit that I am not a fan of banana-flavored anything. I may let me fiancé or son have a go at this one.

Munk Pack Dark Coconut Almond Dark Chocolate Bar

Price:  $2.08

Nutrition: There are 3 grams of net carbs, 12 grams of fat, 3 grams of protein and 1 gram of sugar in each serving.

Sweeteners: allulose, monk fruit

Review:  Munk Pack bars are one of my favorite discoveries since signing up for Keto Krate a little over a year ago. Everything that I’ve tried from them, I love. I’m not sure if I’ve ever bought this particular flavor, but I have no doubt that it’s going to be good. Their nut and seed bars remind me of Kind Bars.

Nutrition: There are 4 grams of net carbs, 18 grams of fat, 10 grams of protein and 4 grams of sugar in each serving.

Sweeteners: stevia, erythritol

Is Keto Krate Worth It?

March 2021 Keto Krate box with all of the snacks included displayed inside

I absolutely believe that Keto Krate is worth it. Here is the breakdown as to why I believe this.

First, in order to be able to try all of these products, you often (almost always) have to buy an entire box or multiple packs online since a lot of these foods are not yet available in stores or are only available in some health food stores. You can see the online prices in the pricing section of each item listed above.

Second, the total value of the items, should you be able to buy them all individually at the prices listed, has been about the same or more than the cost of the box and that’s not factoring in any shipping costs. But again, it’s highly unlikely you’d be able to buy just one of any of all of these items. This month, the items are valued at $42.51, so just slightly above the full price of the box (without any new subscriber discounts).

Third, it’s a really great way to find some new keto friendly items to help you in your journey. This is a pretty good box for me. There are a few repeats, but also a lot of new items and new brands that I’ll get to try out.

How to Subscribe to Keto Krate

You can learn more about Keto Krate and check out what’s in the current box as well as some of the previous boxes by visiting the Keto Krate website. Using this link will also give you $10 off of your first box.

Please be aware that boxes often sell out very quickly. At the time of this posting, the March box is still available.
