February 2021 Keto Krate Review
The individual prices listed are from the Keto Krate website. In most cases, items are only sold online in bulk packages. Some items may be available in stores. Prices may vary.
This Keto Krate review includes some basic information about each product including the approximate price, some nutrition facts, any sweeteners in the ingredients, and my own personal thoughts on the product after sampling it.
Choc Zero Valentine’s Roses in Raspberry Dark Chocolate
Price: $4.99
Nutrition: Each serving has 2 grams of net carbs, 11 grams of fat, grams of protein and grams of sugar.
Sweeteners: monk fruit
Review: Choc Zero is one of my favorite keto brands ever. I actually just started a cart for an order the other day that I still need to check out for. This brand’s chocolate is amazing – definitely a must try!
My bar arrived broken in 2 pieces. Unfortunately, I think it may have been due to the weight of the coffee can in the box. I’m not upset about it, these things happen. Plus, this candy is all mine!
There are pieces of freeze dried raspberries in the chocolate and their tangy, sweet flavor really does come through. If you are a fan of raspberry and chocolate, this is definitely a must try! There are also milk and white chocolate varieties available on the Choc Zero website.
Shrewd Food Milk Chocolate Keto Dippers
Price: $3.99
Nutrition: Each serving has 3 grams of net carbs, 11 grams of fat, 7 grams of protein and 3 grams of sugar.
Sweeteners: erythritol, stevia
Review: These have a shape and crunchy texture somewhat like malt balls, but they do not taste like them at all. The crunchy protein center doesn’t have much flavor, but the chocolate on the outside is fantastic.
These are great if you love crunchy, sweet snacks.
Kiss My Keto Dark Chocolate Pumpkin Seeds and Sea Salt
Price: $6.25
Nutrition: Each serving has 1 gram of net carbs, 2 grams of protein, 11 grams of fat and 0 grams of sugar.
Sweeteners: erythritol, stevia
Review: I had this same bar in different packaging in my March 2020 Keto Krate and loved it. It has the perfect combination of sweet, salty and crunchy. I would definitely buy these.
Simply Delish Chocolate Instant Pudding

Nutrition: Each serving has 5 grams of net carbs, <1 gram protein, 5 grams fat, and 0 grams of sugar.
Sweeteners: erythritol, stevia
Review: I have not tried this yet, but will update this section once I do.
Love Good Fats Peanut Butter Chocolately Bar
Price: $3.00
Nutrition: Each serving has 5 grams of net carbs, 10 grams of protein, 14 grams of fat and 1 grams of sugar.

Good To Go Vanilla Almond Bar

Better Than Good Cinnamon Roll Crunch Protein Breakfast Puffs
Price: $6.99
Nutrition: There are 0 grams of net carbs, 10 grams of fat, 10 grams of protein and 4 grams of sugar in each serving.

Review: I haven’t tried these puffs yet, but I am excited to! I love cereal and miss it so much! I will update this section once I try it.
Super Coffee in Mocha
Price: $2.99
Nutrition: Each serving has 2 gram of net carbs, 3 grams of fat, and 10 grams of protein, and <1 gram of sugar.

Snackhouse Cheeseburger Puffs
Price: $2.99
Nutrition: Each serving has 2 grams of net carbs, 4.8 grams of fat, 15 grams of protein and 0 grams of sugar.
Sweeteners: none
Review: This product kind of creeps me out. How in the world does a crunchy puff taste like a flame-broiled burger?! It’s a very weird experience to eat these and I can’t tell if I like it or not. My cheeseburger loving son just had a look of surprise on his face when I asked him to try them. He asked for more, then just walked away – haha!
The ingredient list is long, so these might not be the best option for the strict keto dieter. There is no mention of meat, just “natural flavor.”
Moon Cheese in White Chedda Black Peppa
Price: $1.99
Nutrition: Each serving has 2 grams of net carbs, 14 grams of fat, 11 grams of protein and peanut 0 grams of sugar.
Sweeteners: none
Review: I actually really like these. I was concerned that the pepper flavor was going to be really strong, but it’s pretty mild. I do find it hard to eat much of this type of cheese at once, because it is a bit salty. The pepper helps to balance that out some in this particular flavor.
Front Porch Pecans Sea Salt Pecans
Price: $6.95
Nutrition: Each serving has 1 gram of net carbs, 22 grams of fat, 2 grams of protein, and 1 gram of sugar.
Sweeteners: none
Review: I have had these pecans once before in my March 2020 Keto Krate and they are so good! I didn’t realize how different pecans can be, but these are definitely the best I’ve ever had.
FBomb Salt and Pepper Pork Stick
Price: $1.99
Nutrition: Each serving has 1 gram of net carbs, 10 grams of fat, 6 grams of protein, and 0 grams of sugar.
Sweeteners: none
Review: I have not tried this yet, but will update this section once I do.
Southern Recipe Small Batch Sea Salt and Cracked Black Pepper Pork Rinds
Price: $1.50
Nutrition: Each serving has 1 gram of net carbs, 8 grams of fat, 8 grams of protein, and 0 grams of sugar.
Sweeteners: none
Review: I don’t eat pork rinds, so I won’t be trying this product, sorry.
Is Keto Krate Worth It?
I absolutely believe that Keto Krate is worth it. Here is the breakdown as to why I believe this.
First, in order to be able to try all of these products, you often (almost always) have to buy an entire box or multiple packs online since a lot of these foods are not yet available in stores or are only available in some health food stores. You can see the online prices in the pricing section of each item listed above.
Second, the total value of the items, should you be able to buy them all individually at the prices listed, has been about the same or more than the cost of the box and that’s not factoring in any shipping costs. But again, it’s highly unlikely you’d be able to buy just one of any of all of these items. This month, the items are valued at $49.61.
Third, it’s a really great way to find some new keto friendly items to help you in your journey. This month the box is a great one for me. I’m pretty sure I’m going to like every single item, except the pork rinds, of course!
