Mojitos have always been one of my go-to cocktails to order when out and about. They have a light, fresh flavor and don’t taste strongly of alcohol making them more enjoyable to drink, for some.
This Blackberry Mojito uses all of the same ingredients as a traditional Cuban mojito, like rum, club soda, fresh mint and freshly squeezed limes, but the simple syrup is replaced with homemade Blackberry Syrup.

Mojitos are made with rum but only have a light alcohol flavor that can be drowned out even more by a slight increase in the amount of club soda used.
