Blackberry Mojito
This easy-to-make Blackberry Mojito is the most perfect, refreshing cocktail to enjoy on a hot summer day. It’s made with a just a handful of ingredients and can easily be modified to serve a crowd during gatherings and celebrations, as well.

- 2-3 sprigs fresh mint
- 4 ounces rum
- 3 ounces Blackberry Syrup
- 1 tablespoon lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2-4 ounces club soda
Place the mint leaves into the bottom of a glass. Lightly bruise the leaves with a muddler. 2-3 sprigs fresh mint
Add the rum, blackberry syrup and lime juice to the glass (or you can mix it separately in a shaker). Stir well.
4 ounces rum, 3 ounces Blackberry Syrup, 1 tablespoon lime juice
Pour in the club soda. You may want more or less depending on your own personal tastes.
