From breakfast to dessert, the possibilities are endless with this Peanut Butter and Chocolate Swirled Waffles recipe!
Chocolate and peanut butter is such a classic, amazing combination of flavors that is insanely popular! It seems cooks and chefs everywhere are always finding new ways to put their own unique spin on these flavors. I thought it would be fun to add another recipe of my own to the mix – Peanut Butter and Chocolate Swirled Waffles!
There are so many ways to serve these waffles! Have them with powdered sugar and fresh strawberries for breakfast, serve them with butter and jam, or make an amazing waffle sundae! Personally, I like them plain the best. My fiance and kids are all about the waffle sundaes! They make a great brunch recipe as well!

For this recipe, you’re going to make two waffle batters and have them both ready to go at the same time. Using mixing bowls with spouts may make pouring the batter easier, but if you don’t have them, it’s not a big deal, just use a large spoon. Make sure your waffle iron is out and ready to go. I would also recommend having a small spatula out as well.
Follow the recipe directions to make both the chocolate and the peanut butter waffle batters. While the batter is resting, preheat the waffle maker.
Once the waffle maker is heated pour some of the chocolate batter onto the griddle. I usually try to pour it in a swirl or circle pattern, then follow up and fill in the empty spaces with the peanut butter batter. Use a spatula or spoon to swirl the batter together, if necessary, and cook until done throughout.
Presentation is always my favorite part!
If you are having these waffles for breakfast, you can try serving them with fresh strawberries or jam and powdered sugar. If you want to really indulge, add some chocolate sauce and whipped cream too for an amazing brunch recipe!
