Tiramisu Overnight Oats are a super flavorful, quick, and easy way to enjoy oatmeal. They are made with oats and milk and flavored with traditional Tiramisu ingredients like mascarpone cheese, espresso, and cocoa powder. You can grab and go on busy mornings, or warm them up and enjoy a hot breakfast at home.

Overnight oats is one of the easiest recipes to make when you need a good, hearty breakfast but are short on time in the mornings. You can make so many different variations including these Tiramisu Overnight Oats, or another favorite – Peanut Butter and Banana Overnight Oats.

This recipe is made with an oatmeal base and flavored with mascarpone cheese, espresso, and vanilla. For serving they are topped with a layer of vanilla yogurt and a dusting of cocoa powder.

Why This Recipe Works

Overnight oats are a super easy, make-ahead breakfast recipe. You can make jars or bowls of this oatmeal for the week and have breakfast practically ready for you as soon as you wake up. It definitely helps during busy weekday mornings.

The combination of flavors is so good together, just like dessert but in breakfast form! It’s delicious right out of the fridge or warmed up before adding toppings.

Step-By-Step Instructions

Ingredients

  • 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats: you can also use quick oats or steel cut oats, if preferred.
  • 2 cups whole milk: plant-based milk can also be used.
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup: you can substitute honey, if preferred.
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds (optional, can also use flax seeds, if preferred)
  • 2 tablespoons mascarpone cheese
  • 2 teaspoons espresso powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • cocoa powder (for dusting)

Prep!

Prepare overnight oats the night before you want to eat them. They need at least 6 hours of refrigeration before serving.

Create!

Combine the oats, milk, maple syrup, chia seeds, mascarpone cheese, instant espresso, and vanilla in a bowl and mix until well combined.

Place the lid on or cover the bowl with plastic wrap.

Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.

Present!

In the morning, remove the lid or plastic wrap. Spoon the oatmeal into 4 bowls or mason jars.

Top each one with a layer of the vanilla yogurt and a dusting of cocoa powder.

    Tiramisu oats wass a great snack and this one gave a slight twist on it and i liked it. The oats are my favorite and with the flavors that comes with the tiramisu.
