This easy DIY poultry seasoning mix adds a robust flavor to any chicken or turkey recipe you make.

As you mix it up, you’ll be able to smell the incredible aromas. It’s the best poultry seasoning you’ll ever use because it has three herbs that aren’t usually in store-bought poultry seasoning – oregano, basil, and garlic powder which give your dishes even more flavor.

Try adding a little of this seasoning to your chicken when you make recipes like Garlic Chicken Pasta or Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad to enhance the flavors even more.

Why This Recipe Works

This is a super-simple seasoning mix. It’s so quick and easy to mix together that you’ll wonder why you ever bought the pre-made mixes in the first place.

With all the herbs and spices inside, it’s one of the most flavorful seasonings you can make for poultry. You can use it on chicken, turkey, pork, even pasta and vegetarian or vegan dishes.

Plus, it’s a really versatile spice mixture too. You have full control over how it tastes. Adjust the amount of herbs, add other types that aren’t in it. or leave your least favorite kinds out of it.
