Keto Greek Salad is a modified version of traditional Greek salad. It’s loaded with most of the same vegetables and flavors, but with less carbohydrates. This salad is delicious regardless, but especially suitable for those on a low carb or keto diet.
I know, I know…a salad? A keto salad?
Well, yes. Every week, I try to make a different salad. This is one way that I can ensure that I am getting a wide variety of keto-friendly vegetables and add a little more fiber to my diet without getting bored.
If you’ve been following a keto diet for even a short period of time, you know how important every little gram of fiber is. Annnnd, I’ll stop there.
While many people on a keto diet don’t count macros from vegetables, and some don’t count calories at all, I still track both. So, to make this Keto Greek Salad lower in carbs, I basically eliminated the red onion that you would find in almost every other traditional Greek Salad recipe out there.
Not going to lie here – I hate red onion. Like, literally hate it. I can tolerate most other onion varieties, but not red onion, no matter how many times I’ve *unintentionally” tried (why do they mince it up and toss it into everything?!?!)
So, needless to say, I was happy to see it go. But, if you just have to have it, add a small amount and take that into consideration if you count macros from vegetables.
I know that I’m not re-inventing the wheel here, friends. I’m always just looking for simple ways to enjoy the flavorful foods that I love so that I don’t feel like I’m missing out. And, I enjoy sharing these little tidbits of knowledge with you in case it’s not something you’ve thought to try before.
I’m a big, huge, gigantic believer that lots of flavor and variety is the key to success when it comes to a keto or low carb diet.
So let’s get to making this Keto Greek Salad, shall we?

Looks tasty, I do love Greek salad and would have to say,I often skip or at least reduce the onion as I’m not a huge fan of raw onion myself.
