Impress your guests this holiday season, or just treat yourself, with this beautifully delicious Blood Orange Aperol Spritz.

With its citrusy and slightly bittersweet flavor, an Aperol Spritz is the perfect apéritif to serve before dinner to stimulate the appetite.

We made our recipe using blood oranges, which are typically in season from December to April. If you can’t find blood oranges, or if they are out of season, you can use regular oranges.

Another delicious blood orange cocktail to try is Blood Orange Amaretto Sour.

Why This Recipe Works

This is a quick, easy cocktail beverage. You only need 4 ingredients and a few minutes to prepare it.

It has a fresh, delicious flavor. Using seasonal blood orange juice makes this Aperol spritz even more special.

It’s the perfect cocktail for entertaining, especially during the holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas.

How To Make An Aperol Spritz
