Ingredients

  • 3 ounces Aperol
  • 2 ounces blood orange juice (fresh squeezed or store-bought)
  • 2 ounces apple cider
  • soda water or Prosecco, to top
  • dehydrated orange slices optional, for garnish

  • Fill a glass with ice.
  • Add the aperol, blood orange juice, and apple cider. Stir to combine.
