- 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 2 tablespoons butter (optional)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar (optional)

Prep!
Scrub and rinse the sweet potatoes. Pat dry.
Create!
Rub the oil onto the skins of the sweet potatoes. Sprinkle with salt, if desired.
Place the sweet potatoes into the air fryer, leaving a little space between them. Cook on 400°F for 30 minutes, turning halfway.
Check for doneness by inserting a sharp knife into the center. If it slides through easily, they are done. If not, continue to cook as needed.
