  • 2 slices toast of your choice * for nutritional info purposes, I used 100% whole wheat toast
  • 2 Tablespoons peanut butter * I use natural peanut butter
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon flax seeds * optional

  • Toast your bread and spread 1 Tablespoon of the peanut butter onto each piece.
  • Smash the banana, honey, and cinnamon together in a microwave-safe bowl until well combined. If you prefer your banana to be warm, then heat the banana mixture in the microwave for 15-30 seconds, until it’s as warm as you’d prefer. You can skip this part and eat it at room temperature, if you want.
  • Spread the banana mixture over the peanut butter layer and top with flax seeds.
