Peel the sweet potatoes and preheat your oven to 400°F.

Mix the butter into the Spiralized Sweet Potatoes and serve hot.
You can make extra Brown Sugar Honey Butter and freeze it in shaped candy molds to add to the top of the sweet potatoes as a decorative garnish, if desired.
