Spiralized Sweet Potatoes with Brown Sugar Honey Butter

  • Peel the sweet potatoes and preheat your oven to 400°F.
  • Run the sweet potatoes through the Ninja Auto Spiralizer. Spread the sweet potatoes onto a baking sheet and drizzle with the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.  Bake 8-10 minutes, or until fork tender.
  • While the potatoes are cooking, make the Brown Sugar Honey Butter by adding the butter, brown sugar, and honey to the Ninja Precision Processor bowl. Puree until smooth. 
  • Mix the butter into the Spiralized Sweet Potatoes and serve hot. 
  • You can make extra Brown Sugar Honey Butter and freeze it in shaped candy molds to add to the top of the sweet potatoes as a decorative garnish, if desired.
