  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 1 Tablespoon water
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice


  • Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer until thickened, abut 3-5 minutes.
