Herb and Gorgonzola Steak Butter

  • 4 Tablespoons butter softened
  • 4 Tablespoons Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 teaspoon parsley minced
  • 1 clove garlic minced


  • Finely chop the parsley and garlic. Place the butter, Gorgonzola cheese, parsley, and garlic into the small bowl. Mash with a fork until well combined.
  • Roll into a log, if desired, and store in the refrigerator until ready to use. Serve on top of hot steaks so that it melts over the top of the steak.
