Turkey Sausage Patties
Homemade Turkey Sausage Patties are made with ground turkey, brown sugar, herbs and spices. They are incredible easy to make and taste better than any store bought sausage. Once you make your own breakfast sausage, you’ll never go back!

Combine the ground turkey, brown sugar, sage, salt, and pepper. Mix gently to combine.
1 pound ground turkey, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 2 teaspoons dried sage, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Form the turkey sausage mixture into 8 round patties.
Heat the olive oil on medium heat in a large skillet. Add the sausage and cook for 3-4 minutes per side. You may have to work in batches.
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Remove to a paper towel to absorb excess oil before serving.
Transfer to a serving plate and serve warm.
Tips & Techniques
- You can swap out the brown sugar for maple syrup, or use a brown sugar substitute to make the recipe even lower in sugar and carbohydrates.
- Store any leftover sausage in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Consume within 3 to 4 days.
