Unicorn Ice Cream

Place a standard sized loaf pan into the freezer to chill. In a large mixing bowl, use an electric or stand mixer fitted with a paddle to beat the chilled heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
2 cups heavy cream
Stir in the condensed milk and vanilla extract until just combined.
1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Divide the mixture between four medium bowls. Add one color of food coloring to each bowl and mix until you reach your desired shades.

Remove the chilled loaf pan from the freezer and spoon the ice cream mixtures into the loaf pan, alternating the colors.
Top the ice cream with sprinkles.
Pastel sprinkles
Return the loaf pan back into the freezer for 6 to 8 hours, or until the ice cream is set.
To serve, scoop in bowls or ice cream cones. Add more sprinkles, if desired.
