This Greek pasta salad transforms Greek salad into a crowd-pleasing pasta salad. This side dish features pasta combined with pops of cherry tomatoes, refreshing cucumber, creamy feta, and olives. It is finished off with an easy-to-make Greek salad dressing.
Cook the pasta according to packet instructions. Drain and set aside to cool.
1 pound dried spiral pasta
To assemble the salad, add the cooked, cooled pasta, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, chopped red onion, crumbled feta and the kalamata olives to a large salad bowl.

Make the Greek salad dressing by adding red wine vinegar, lemon juice and dried oregano to a small mixing bowl. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking until well combined and emulsified. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Drizzle the Greek salad dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Divide the salad between 6 bowls or plates, or let guests serve themselves from the main bowl.
