- 2 cups green cabbage * chopped or shredded
- 1 avocado * ripe
- 1 lime * juiced
- 1/4 cup cilantro * minced
- 1 cup cucumber * diced
- salt and pepper * to taste
Mash the avocado, lime juice, and cilantro together in a medium size bowl with a fork, or combine in a blender.
