Ingredients

  • 2 Cups strawberries
  • 3 apricots
  • 1/2 Cup unsweetened almond milk divided

Instructions

  • Add the strawberries to the blender cup with 1/4 Cup of unsweetened almond milk. Blend until smooth and pour into a glass.
  • Add the apricots to the same blender cup with 1/4 Cup of unsweetened almond milk. Blend until smooth. Pour the apricot mixture on to the top of the strawberry mixture.
  • You can top your smoothie with slices of strawberries and/or apricots. Add a straw, if desired, and enjoy!
