Instructions

  • Combine the half-and-half and cocoa powder in a small saucepan. Warm, while whisking, over medium heat until steaming and the cocoa powder is dissolved.
    1 1/2 cups half-and-half, 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • Carefully pour into a bottle or mason jar with a lid along with the sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla and almond extracts.
    1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • Tighten the lid and shake until well combined.
  • Use as desired.

Notes

Tips & Techniques

  • You can use milk or heavy cream instead of half-and-half, if preferred.
  • Store tightly covered in the refrigerator. Consume by the expiration date listed on the half-and-half carton used to make the recipe.
