Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/4 teaspoon truffle powder

Instructions

  • Whisk together the mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, and truffle powder in a small bowl until well blended.
