Spiralized Sweet Potatoes

Brown Sugar Honey Butter

  • 4 tablespoons butter (room temperature)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey

Instructions

Spiralized Sweet Potatoes

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Spread the sweet potatoes onto a baking sheet and drizzle with the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Bake 8-10 minutes, or until fork tender.

Brown Sugar Honey Butter

  • While the potatoes are cooking, make the Brown Sugar Honey Butter by adding the butter, brown sugar, and honey to a food processor or bowl. Mix until evenly blended.
