- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 apple (cut in 1/4-inch thick slices)
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar (packed)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups apple cider
- 6 ounces apple brandy liqueur
Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat.
