  • Combine the cinnamon, ginger, allspice, cardamom, cloves and nutmeg in a small bowl. Mix until evenly blended.
    1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon ground ginger, 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice, 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom, 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves, 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
