Brown Sugar Honey Butter

Softened butter is creamed with brown sugar and honey to create a wonderfully rich and sweet condiment that can be enjoyed in so many ways. You can serve this sweet compound butter as is, or form it into seasonal shapes to add some whimsical fun to the dinner table, especially during the holidays.

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (at room temperature)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar (packed)
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • Add the butter, brown sugar, and honey to a mini food processor or bowl. Mix until evenly blended.
  • If shaping the butter, either roll it into a log or press it into silicone candy molds. Refrigerate until completely set, about 1-2 hours, before slicing or removing from the molds for serving.
