  • Place the green beans and cauliflower in a microwave safe bowl with 1 tablespoon of water. 
  • Cover with plastic wrap, leaving one edge open to went and microwave on high for 4 minutes.
  • Drain the vegetables and run cold water over them to stop the cooking process. Place back into the bowl.
  • Make the dressing by whisking together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, and stone ground mustard. Stir in the shallots and garlic and season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour the over the green beans and cauliflower, then toss gently to combine. 
  • Serve warm, at room temperature, or chilled.
