Ingredients

  • 15 whole grain crackers
  • 4 ounces Heluva Good! Special Reserve Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 medium apple *any variety you prefer

Instructions

  • Cut 15 slices of the Heluva Good! Special Reserve Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese and 15 thin apple slices.
  • Lay the crackers out on a serving tray and top each one with a slice of the cheese.
  • Top each cheese slice with an apple slice.
  • Mix the chopped walnuts and honey together in a small bowl. Top each apple slice with a small spoonful of the honeyed walnuts.
