  • 2 slices day old sourdough bread *cubed
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper *to taste
  • 1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese *shredded
  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.

  2. Brush the bread cubes with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle on the Parmesan cheese. 

  3. Bake for about 10 minutes until just golden and crispy.
