  • 16 Breton Artisanal Sweet Potato and Ancient Grains Crackers

  • If you are going to be making your barbecue pulled pork yourself, you will need to have that completely cooked and ready to serve before assembling these crackers. You will also want to shred the cheese, if necessary.
  • Place your crackers on a plate or serving tray.
  • Top each cracker with 1 Tablespoon of the pulled pork.
  • Sprinkle about 1/4 t shredded cheddar cheese on top of the pork on each cracker.
  • Garnish with a few leaves of thyme.

For the barbecue pulled pork you can either buy a tub of pre-made pulled pork at the grocery store, or make your own in a slow cooker using pork and any bottled (or homemade) barbecue sauce you prefer.
