- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 lime * zested and juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
- 1/4 cup cilantro * roughly chopped
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Rinse off your salmon fillets, pat them dry with paper towels, and place them on a sheet pan, skin side down.
In a small bowl, mix together the sweet chili sauce, about 1/2 teaspoon of the lime juice, and the lime zest. Brush the sauce evenly onto the salmon fillets.
Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the salmon turns opaque and the meat flakes away easily with a fork.
