Whisk together the NEW P.F. Chang's® Home Menu Sauce in Sesame, peanut butter, and crushed red pepper, if using. Set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a large, deep skillet over medium high heat. Add the cauliflower florets and red pepper slices and cook, stirring often for about 8-10 minutes. Th cauliflower will start to brown and turn slightly soft.
Add the sauce and peanuts to the skillet with the cauliflower and toss until everything is coated.
Enjoy on it's own, or serve over rice, noodles, or spaghetti squash. Garnish with slice scallions and sesame seeds, if desired.
