grape or cherry tomatoes

extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place the tomatoes into a small bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle on salt and pepper to taste.
Spread tomatoes onto a baking sheet lined with a Silpat Mat or foil. Bake about 15 minutes until the tomatoes are just collapsed.
