Irish Sunset Cocktail
An Irish Sunset cocktail is made from a delicious blend of Jameson Irish Whiskey, peach schnapps and fruit juice. It’s simple to make and is equally as perfect for St. Patrick’s Day as it is for a beautiful summer day or evening.

Ingredients

ounces
Jameson Irish Whiskey
3
ounces
peach schnapps
2
ounces
fresh squeezed lemon juice
1
ounce
maraschino cherry juice
Instructions
Combine the whiskey, peach schnapps, lemon and cherry juice in a measuring cup with a spout. Stir well.
4 ounces Jameson Irish Whiskey,
3 ounces peach schnapps,
2 ounces fresh squeezed lemon juice,
1 ounce maraschino cherry juice
Place ice in 2
Old Fashioned style glasses
and divide the cocktail between them. Top with a cherry, if desired.
