Ingredients

  • 2 honeynut squash (peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes)
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 475°F.
  • Spread the honeynut squash onto a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat.
