Preheat oven to 425°F.
Place the rutabaga fries into a large bowl and toss with the olive oil.
Combine the salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, parsley, and garlic powder, then sprinkle over the rutabaga fries and toss to coat well.

Roast for 30 minutes, turning once halfway through, or until just tender.
