Grilled Turkey BLT Sandwich
Take your BLT up a notch with this Grilled Turkey BLT Sandwich with Roasted Garlic Aioli and fresh vegetables on an English muffin.
Servings: 1 sandwich
- 1 Thomas' English Muffin
- 2 slices provolone cheese
- 2 ounces turkey
- 1 slice bacon
- 1 piece lettuce
- 1 slice tomato
- 1 teaspoon Roasted Garlic Aioli * store bought is okay
Halve your English Muffin and top once side with the cheese and turkey.
Heat a grill pan over medium-high and place the English muffin halves onto the pan.
Cook for 2-4 minutes until the English muffin is toasted and the cheese is melted.
Remove the English muffin from the pan and spread the Roasted Garlic Aioli onto the top piece.
Top with bacon, lettuce, and tomato and close.
