Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad Bites
Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad Bites are delicious little bites of sweet, crunchy chicken salad on top of Triscuit crackers
Servings: 20 crackers
- 1 Cup shredded, cooked chicken
- 1/4 Cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 Cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 Cup chopped walnuts
- 20 Triscuit crackers * any flavor you prefer
- minced fresh parsley * garnish, optional
Combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, dried cranberries, and chopped walnuts in a medium size bowl. Mix well.
Top each cracker with a spoonful of the Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad.
Garnish with minced parsley, if desired.
