Ingredients

  • 1 Cup shredded, cooked chicken
  • 1/4 Cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 Cup chopped walnuts
  • 20 Triscuit crackers * any flavor you prefer
  • minced fresh parsley * garnish, optional

Instructions

  • Combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, dried cranberries, and chopped walnuts in a medium size bowl. Mix well.
  • Top each cracker with a spoonful of the Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad.
  • Garnish with minced parsley, if desired.
