Crisp Topping

  • Mix the rolled oats, 1/3 cup flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar, and butter pieces to a small bowl.
  • Mash with a fork to combine everything until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Sprinkle the crumbs evenly over the peaches.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Serve warm or chilled.
