Use regular or low sodium turkey bacon. Do not use packaged "fully cooked" bacon.
Lay the turkey bacon strips out on a prepared, parchment paper-lined baking sheet so that they are in a single layer and not overlapping.
Bake at 375°F for about 7 minutes. Flip the bacon over and bake an additional 5 to 7 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
