Coat the tofu in cornstarch. Fry until crisp on all sides. Remove from skillet, cover with foil, and set aside
Cook the vegetables until softened. Stir in the sauce and continue to cook a few minutes longer to thicken.
Stir back in the tofu. Serve over rice or noodles. Garnish with sesame seeds and peanuts, or as desired.
