Mini Red Velvet Cupcakes

Prepare the batter. For red velvet cake, you are going to need to add quite a bit of red food coloring to get a deep red color.


Bake The Cupcakes

Bake the cupcakes. This recipe takes about 12-15 minutes to bake and makes over 40 mini cupcakes. You may have to bake in batches.


Make The Frosting

While the cupcake are cooling, prepare the frosting. This recipe includes a sweet cream cheese frosting.


Decorate The Cupcakes

Pipe the frosting onto the cupcakes once they are cool. Decorate as desired.
