delicious little bites
This cupcake batter is made with pantry staples and crushed Lucky Charms cereal. It is a thick batter.
Line a cupcake pan with paper liners and fill each one halfway with the batter. You should get 12 cupcakes.
Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove from the pan and allow to fully cool.
The frosting is an easy-to-make vanilla buttercream.
Pipe the frosting onto the cooled cupcakes. Decorate with the Lucky Charms marshmallows.
