Delicious LIttle Bites
Prepare the cookie dough. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. This step helps to keep the cookies from spreading too much when baking.
Remove from the refrigerator and scoop out tablespoon size portions. Roll into a ball. Dip the ball into granulated sugar to coat, then coat in powdered sugar.
Place the cookie balls on prepared baking sheets. Bake in a preheated oven for about 12 minutes. Cool a few minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
