Prep The Ingredients

Add all of the ingredients (except for the salt, pepper, and optional toppings) to the Instant Pot and stir to combine.


Cook The Soup

Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes,  Carefully release the pressure from the pot.


Puree The Soup

Pour the soup into a large high powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Season to taste with salt and pepper
