Make The Dough

Prepare the cookie dough. Refrigerate for an hour. This step helps to keep the cookies from spreading too much when baking.


Portion Out Dough

Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place on a prepared baking sheet. Press pieces of caramel onto the tops of the dough balls.


Bake The Cookies

Bake the cookies in a preheated oven for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle a pinch of salt onto each cookie. Allow to cool.
