Chocolate Raspberry Cupcakes

Rich, moist chocolate cupcakes are filled with raspberry jam and topped with an easy-to-make chocolate ganache frosting.  These Chocolate Raspberry Cupcakes are perfect for all occasions, especially Valentine’s Day.

Dry Ingredients

Combine dry ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well. Set aside.


Make The Batter

Whisk together the wet ingredients. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients to make the cupcake batter.


Bake The Cupcakes

Fill each cupcake liner halfway with batter. Bake for approximately 18-20 minutes.


Fill The Cupcakes

Slowly pipe raspberry jam into the center of each of the cupcakes.


Frost The Cupcakes

Prepare the ganache frosting. You can dip the cupcakes into the warm ganache or allow it to cool to be able to pipe on the frosting.
