Fry tortillas until crisp, turning once, about 2 to 3 minutes. Remove to a paper towel-lined plate.
Puree the salsa until smooth, then warm the salsa in a pan.
Carefully add the tortilla chips, gently tossing to coat in the salsa. Cook another minute or two to warm through. Serve with eggs, beans, and garnishes.
