The cauliflower rice is steamed in the microwave until tender, about 6 minutes.
Once the cauliflower is cool enough to handle, wrap it in a kitchen towel and squeeze out as much liquid as possible.
Add cheese, salt, garlic powder, paprika, pepper and egg to the bowl. Mix well to thoroughly combine.
Form the mixture into 8 evenly sized patties, about 1/4-inch thick. Place onto a baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes, then flip and bake for another 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
